Return and Refund Policy

Return Period
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. This means you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized porcelain products.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All included components (such as the box and notes) must be complete. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return Request

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized porcelain products cannot be returned. All other products can be returned as long as they meet the conditions stated above. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. In such cases, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized or custom-made porcelain products are excluded from this right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
